Individual Counselling

Life can hold so much — transitions, stagnations, identity shifts, career pressures, relationship changes, family expectations, and questions about who you were, who you are and who you want to become.

Individual counselling offers a supportive space to explore:

  • Life transitions and uncertainty

  • Identity and self-worth

  • Emotional overwhelm or feeling “stuck”

Even if you don’t have anything in particular you want to work on or address, counselling can also just be a place for you to share, vent, get things off your chest to a supportive listening ear!

Our approach integrates evidence-based therapy modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools within a person-centered foundation. This means our work is collaborative, practical when needed, and always grounded in warmth and curiosity.

We offer 60 and 90 minute sessions in English and Mandarin.

Relationship Counselling

Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of connection — and also one of our greatest sources of pain. Many folks in relationships find themselves stuck in repeating conflict cycles, feeling misunderstood, or longing for deeper closeness.

Relationship counselling can support you in:

Our approach uses evidence-based therapy modalities such as the Gottman Method and integrate attachment-based and systemic perspectives into our work. Together, we’ll identify patterns, strengthen friendship and understanding, and build tools that support both partners feeling heard and valued.
